  21. I've been checking out cable modems myself. 1) cable modem suffer from the same
  22. problem as 28.8 . The speed decrease the further it has to go. 2) web server have a
  23. problem with handling the speed of cable modems. 3) cable modem speed is different
  24. from recieveing and going out.
  25. Check out Warner cable home page. Warner cable is testing out cable modem somewhere
  26. in New york state. The name of the project is Fat wire.
