- I've been checking out cable modems myself. 1) cable modem suffer from the same
- problem as 28.8 . The speed decrease the further it has to go. 2) web server have a
- problem with handling the speed of cable modems. 3) cable modem speed is different
- from recieveing and going out.

- in New york state. The name of the project is Fat wire.
